Generation of beauty vloggers

I used to ignore pages dedicated to beauty for a long time, only looking through photoshoots to understand main make up trends. However, since last month, influenced by my mothers' beauty obsession I have decided to change my attitude to make up as well. New word "beauty vlogger" put Susy Lau and grown-up Tavi Gevension on the last row. First row nowadays is occupied by British star Charlotte Tiburry (@ctilburymakeup) and Russian Elena Krygina (@elenakrygina). 

This is the quick summary of Instagram accounts and blogs which will become your right hand for beauty routine.

1.       Lisa Eldridge.com

     Her name is well known because of a 20 year working experience with fashion magazines Elle and Vogue and being MUA on fashion weeks all over the world. Her make up lessons are genial and perfect if you want to know the basis of a basis. On her blog announcements of novelties can be found and beauty present ideas for you make up maniac friends). All videos are on her personal website. However, if you are Russian speaking and cant really understand English language translated videos can be found on YouTube.

2.       Elena Krygina

Russian star is a self-ironical blond beauty who knows what she does really well. Queue to her make up tutorials are booked 5 month ahead, however if you are Russian speaking you have a chance to enjoy them on her YouTube channel. Short tutorials better to watch from the beginning, starting with a basis about modelling a face shape, how to choose a foundation and how to make perfect red lips (yeah, she does this really amazing!) 

3.       Charlotte Tilbury.com

Once I visited her  make up tutorials on Vogue Festival and since this time she is my daily inspiration. This is her, who created this beloved by every girl technique of smoky eyes. She is one of the favourite make up artist of British Vogue and LOVE magazine and most talented MUA in the fashion industry. Moreover, recently she launched her beauty cosmetics which you can find in Selfridges.

During 3 years this web site became extremely successful and became one of the best new beauty projects.There is no explanation on how to do an outstanding make up, however, blog, curated by Emily Weiss is a daily inspiration and good platform to read about new things on a beauty market and its review.

A Cinderella story of a 26 years old girl Michelle Phan who has 6 million YouTube followers on her beauty blog. She always wanted to be famous and once, on the boring university lecture she decided to make a video about day make up. She doesn’t expected, that the first day it will achieve 40 thousands likes, and from this moment hobby became a successful business idea. She created a new cosmetics line - EM Cosmetics. On this blog you can fins how to make a make up for a party to St Valentines Day of Great Gatsby party.

The most important here is a visual impression. Instargam account of a blog @thebeautydepartment is full of useful beautiful pictures, however from the first sight Loren Konrad blog may seem too girlish and "ephemeral"

Instagram account of a famous beauty brand is a good inspiration for creation of a look and a push to buy a new lipsteak or eye shadows ;) Bobby Brown cosmetics emphasis natural beauty of a face, and Instagram account supports this natural look idea. You can hardly find celebrities here, only quotes and new products.
